If this is you, please come join our family.About the Job:The Senior Value Based Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for the evaluation, accuracy, modeling, and communication of value-based care (VBC) contract performance. This includes understanding each contract, levers for financial performance, settlements and confidence in the data that supports analysis and forecasts. What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain current financial models to support each value-based care contract
• Develop documentation to support models and share accordingly
• Develop dashboards to support visibility and inform strategy
• Develop quarterly reports highlighting VBC activity, trends, and comparisons across product types, highlighting opportunities
• Develop models to support future VBC contract considerations
• Leverage data through our payer partner portals to inform outcomes and trends
• Analyze data trends, recommending opportunities for improvement
• Track, process and analyze value-based payments
• Manage value-based contract intake processWho You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree, Required
  • 5 years of progressive healthcare experience, Required
    • (Financial Analyst, data analyst, or payer contracting)
    • Tableau certified, Preferred
