Position Summary:

Provide customer support to the International Development Department in order to maximize positive sales performance and meet associated objectives as necessary.



Duties and Responsibilities:

-Understand the International Development department's strategic plans to achieve growth by product and by market

-Develop relationships with the inside operational managers at the assigned distributors. Continually seek to improve our operational performance to lead our industry in meeting our customers' needs

-Provide responses and resolutions to each customer inquiry and initiate call backs to ensure high quality sales support

-Coordinate all customer orders from receipt through final delivery

-Investigate customer issues and implement solutions

-Initiate credit request, product return requests, and product quality claims

-Communicate fluctuations in demand as appropriate



Requirements:

-Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

-Must have a minimum of a H.S. Diploma

-Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm

-Must have business e-mail writing skills

-Computer literate with emphasis on MS Office

-Able to converse confidently with customer population

-Able to work with minimal supervision
