There is an immediate need for a bilingual Spanish speaking Receptionist! The ideal candidate will be seeking a stable work environment, great benefits and working shift and room for growth. Some of the duties will include:

-Answer phones and direct callers.

-Maintain high level of confidentiality.

-Assist in payroll duties

-Maintain supply levels and submit supply orders to Corporate office. -Receive deliveries of supplies.

-Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and applicants.



Knowledge, Skills & Education Required:

-Proficient in Spanish, both oral and written

-Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person

-Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
