Job Title:Deposit Operations Support SpecialistLocation:West SaharaWhat you'll do:As a Deposit Operations Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Bank Operations and other areas of the bank by providing an array of back office operational support duties. You will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of customer service and optimal departmental workflow. One of your key responsibilities is work across the organization on complex back office bank operational issues. You will serve as the subject matter expert in a given operational area, product, or service; and will provide bank wide operational support, monitoring, and customer assistance.What we are looking for:

  • Responsible for supporting the Manager in performing and developing an expertise in daily back office banking operations. Ensures efficient and accurate operational support to internal business partners and/or clients and the daily operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provides a high level of responsiveness to inquiries related to a wide-range of banking transactions. Analyzes, researches, and resolves escalated issues. Ensures clarity and direction, and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
  • Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and procedural quality control. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.What you need to have:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of Branch Banking Operations or Back Office Banking Operations Experience
    • Entry level to Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
    • Entry level to Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
    • Ability to independently research and solve simple to moderately complex scenarios
    • Strong communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills (ex: customer service)Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $20.77 - $25.66 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
