Join us as a P.I.C (Person in Charge) and learn the ropes of our business to prepare for a future management role. Are you enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards? We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Person in Charge. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of our business and prepare to take on a management position in the future. You will start the process as a beginner and finish the training process as a ready and capable shift leader.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, and inventory management.

Train and develop new team members.

Maintain Jimmy John's procedures and systems.

Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Achieve set goals and targets.

Requirements

Responsible for maintaining product and service standards.

Execute quality store operations.

Adhere to food safety and security guidelines.

Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly.

Capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.

Mobile in a refrigerator and freezer environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in the food service industry.

1 year of prior management experience.

Full-time availability (5 days on, 2 days off).

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
