Job Overview:Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. This position also inspects, and audits purchased, manufactured components and assemblies. This role would also inspect painted or plated parts.Duties:- Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with Quality Supervisor or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability. -Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements- Fabricate testing equipment and fixtures as needed- Implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles- Assist in maintaining quality assurance documentation- Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or product to measure conformance. -Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.Experience:- At least 2 years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Proven experience in quality inspection and analysis- Ability to read blue prints/use micrometers/calipers, etc.- Aptitude to take direction and orders and execute them efficiently- Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task. -Previous experience working within a highly standardized environment.Skills:-Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. -Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. -Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. -Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.If you are detail-oriented, possess a strong analytical mindset, and have a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we invite you to apply for the Quality Technician position with us.Pinnacle Employer Services works hard to connect top talent with great companies.
