Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 24 months of Nurse Management experience is required. --- Experience with Meditech is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license prior to placement start. --- This role will require floating to multiple units --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Guaranteed Hours 36 Manager adds travelers to the schedule after BBGH staff has completed self scheduling. May float to ED, but only function as "task" nurse. Ratio: 1:4, with 1:5 being a stretch. Patient population: COPD with exacerbation, CHF, heavy emphasis on swing bed (average stay is 12 days) to keep patients local and care for patients with amputations, wound care, long term antibiotics, ect. There are some post partum and pediatric patients on this unit. Charge RN role - must have Charge experience Minimum of 2 years experience working in Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit. Previous experience working in Critical Access Hospital required. Alliance, NE does not have Uber or Lyft services and traveler will need their own reliable transportation for the assignment.
