_****$5,000 Sign On Bonus!****_*Company & Job Description Overview:*_Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation_ *is currently searching for talented LPNs to join our team!**LPN Responsibilities:*The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.* Taking and monitoring patient vital signs* Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing* Administering medication* Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members* Maintaining accurate patient records* Collecting specimen samples when needed* Taking an active part in patient care planning* Preparing patients for transfers or discharge* Assisting in medical procedures* Managing emergency medical situationsOur facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds.
