This is a TPD (0.2 Status) variable shift Pharmacy Intern position in the Pharmacy Department. The Pharmacy Internship at Community Medical Center (CMC) will prepare the student for work in a hospital pharmacy. - Upon completion of internship, the student will have learned both the distributional and clinical duties of a hospital pharmacist. - The program of the interns training will depend upon his/her initiative and time allowances of the training schedule. - Generally, the first year will stress the distribution methods used at CMC. - The second year will give the intern expanded experience in distribution and in the IV area and allow the student to utilize his/her formal education in patient monitoring, drug therapy, patient consultation, and administrative tasks. Minimum Requirements: - - Current enrollment in an accredited School of Pharmacy in good academic standing. - -
- Licensed Pharmacy Intern in the State of Montana. -
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required within 3 months of hire.
