About the Role: We are looking for a Retail Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for SITKA owned retail. You will work cross functionally with SITKA internal teams, local retail associates, and brand partners to deliver a best in class experience to SITKA Consumers in owned retail. This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a retail specific, marketing communication calendar supporting SITKA owned retail stores, leveraging new and existing channels including but not limited to N&M email, social media, direct mail, OOH, performance marketing, ambassador promotion, and local affiliate networks
- Develop seasonal event strategies with existing brand partners, NGO's, and the SITKA ambassador team, in support of overall business objectives, while prioritizing regional market awareness and driving traffic to SITKA owned retail stores
- Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to develop and manage marketing campaign timelines as part of a broader go-to-market strategy; ensuring key stakeholders, instore retail staff, and sales teams, as well as key retailers and channel owners are provided feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress
- Manage the development and execution of seasonal sell-in resources including but not limited to bi-annual sales workbooks, bi-annual sales meetings, and all seasonal marketing assets while understanding in-store assortments and developing sell-through programs, meeting the desired seasonal inventory turns
- Provide critical communication to all stores and retailers, informing them of promotional periods, product discontinuations, and coordinate off-MAP periods, while maintaining a premium brand experience
- Plan and manage a retail budget with associated performance KPIs
