About the Role: We are looking for a Key Account Sales Manager to join our team that lives the SITKA brand and can share that passion with our key customers and help them grow their business with SITKA. This individual can work remotely. This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. Responsibilities: - Deliver quarterly & annual sales forecasts by managing sell in and customer sell through
- Develop, maintain, and manage account relationships at all levels
- Partner with a cross functional team in Go-To-Market planning and execution on a seasonal basis
- Execute the plan that connects SITKA -Gear with consumers in a powerful way that is consistent with our overall brand voice
- Communicate upwards to leadership on progress and account activity, as well as share key learnings with teammates across the region
- Travel to key accounts regularly with high emphasis on service, merchandising, replenishment and education
- Provide feedback from the field on marketplace and competitive landscape
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments within SITKA - Gear
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years sales experience within hunting, sporting goods, or consumer goods industries
- Minimum 1 year experience managing futures/pre-book programs
- Strong knowledge of outdoor, hunting, and/or fishing apparel (garments, footwear, accessories, etc.)
- Experience reviewing and analyzing account level sales and inventory reports and utilizing the data to generate at once business
- Consistent travel within assigned territory A consummate teammate willing to work together with a highly motivated group of individuals to achieve common goals, up to 30%
