Overview:$15.50/hour. Must be 16 years of age and older -Manages the daily operations and staff of multiple Park Services units and crews including both Worlds and Oceans of Fun. -Performs all duties of a Park Services Associate -Train, coach and mentor new and current associates on operation and park policiesIdentify operation growth areas and communicate with managementOperate equipment such as pressure washers, compactors, park vehicles, hoses, etc.Oversees the effective operation of the Support Services division, ensuring that projects such as power washing and gum removal are completed in a timely manner. -Ensures the availability and proper operation of all materials and equipment, taking appropriate corrective action as needed. -Communicates regularly with management, including operational issues, associate or guest concerns, losses and any unusual situations. -Other duties may be assigned -Some of our amazing perks and benefits: -Paid training and FREE uniforms! -FREE admission to Worlds of Fun and other Cedar Fair parks! -FREE tickets for friends and family! -25% discounts on Food and 25% discounts on Merchandise! -Work with people from here, near and from all over the world! -Employee-only RIDE nights, GAME nights and FREE FOOD events! - -
