This role promotes high quality patient care by implementing process improvement, operating procedures, related assessments, monitoring outcomes and updating related policies and procedures as appropriate. Affordable rates for family dental and life insurance.403b retirement match on the 1st of the month after 30 days.Employee Assistance ProgramDay One PTO Accrual9 Paid HolidaysFree On Site Fitness Facility at our Springfield Tampa ClinicDuties:Establishes, implements and supports Employee Health program standards including, program plans, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies.Monitors/maintains and submits required routine documentation to applicable county, state, and federal regulatory agencies.Develops education and monitors nursing compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and clinic policy for patient services and environmental personnel safety.Responsible for providing training and education to the nursing staff so they can provide operational excellence and quality service applicable to our policies, procedures, and professional standards.Participates in Quality initiatives, which monitor and evaluate critical aspects of care.Ensures department protocols and processes are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
