Join our team today.Our full-time benefits include the following:Service excellence and fulfilling work environment401(k) plan and company matchHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramSupplemental Insurance Plans Available$10,000 Retention Bonus for full-time RN Night new hires!Job duties of a Registered Nurse includes the following:Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each child's care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care plan.Assist in developing measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is completed with the patient and the treatment team.Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians.Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts.Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders.Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)Provide instant medical care in emergencies.Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.Provide a safe, therapeutic environment that protects child's rights.Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and fellow staff members.Schedule: Days 7p - 7a. Full-time schedule is rotating days with every other weekend.Qualified Registered Nurse candidates should have the following:Proven 1 to 2 years of behavioral health inpatient experience is preferred.Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible and compassionate.Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.Associate Degree or above in Nursing.Valid Active Missouri or Compact Registered Nurse license and has active BLS Certification.To learn more about the company, please visit our website at: https://www.perimeterhealthcare.comPerimeter Healthcare is one of the leading behavioral health care providers in the country for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.
