- Add historical edits
- Enter deduction adjustments
- Confirm data sets and manual checks are in transactions
- Clean up of data sets and manual checks
- Balance Check Register preview & Total Hours summary
- Create, download, and save payroll reports
- Process manual checks
- Process Direct Deposit returns
- PayActiv card funding and maintenance of company supply
- Process Final Payouts
- Set up of Weekend Warrior and Baylor
- Deduct and remit Union Dues, provide reports to Union
- Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) monthly filing
- Garnishments
- Agency invoice review and the addition of hours in PayCom
- Enter, review, approve, and reassign Personnel Action forms
- Auditing Pay Class, Labor Allocation, and Process Schedule
- Other special projects as assignedQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have superior computer skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task with a -high level of accuracy.
- Must possess a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF payroll preferred.
