- As a Staffing Coordinator (Scheduler), you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with company guidelines. Staffing Coordinators (Scheduler) coordinate scheduling in an objective manner, plan, and schedule staff for nursing units to assure care for the resident and distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility to ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.
Previous staffing/scheduling software system experience in a long-term care setting highly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word applications.
