Summary
Works closely with nurses and Physician to complete administrative and clinical tasks including maintenance of Medical records.Duties and Responsibilities

• Record patient history and personal information
• Measure vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
• Give patients injections or medications as directed by physicians and as permitted by state law
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory tests
• Enter patient information into medical records and maintain records
• Perform daily calibration on spirometry, audiometer, alchomonitor
• Perform vision screenings, audiograms and pulmonary function testing
• Track and order medical supplies
• Contact candidates re late/missing paperwork
• Order pre-employment drug screens and perform random drug screens
• Access Quest data base to obtain drug screen resultsYou Must Have
  
  • Associates degree or certification as a medical assistant and 3 years of experience or high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Medical Assistant or work in the Medical field.We Value
