Visit cpkcr.com to learn about the CPKC advantage, our purpose and culture.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:As a Coordinator Crew Resources you will work with Trainmen, Switchmen, Engineers, and Yardmasters to ensure they are given appropriate work assignments while ensuring timely and cost-effective deployment of crews to meet operational requirements. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:This position will provide training on how to call train and engine crews to work in accordance with collective bargaining agreementsProcess reports and maintain computerized crew board through documentation of seniority moves, vacancies, personal leave, vacations, etcThis position is not a typical 40 hour-a-week opportunity.
