• And Much More!Concierge ResponsibilitiesAs a Concierge, you will assist the Nursing Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Concierge will also provide administrative support to facility personnel and provide support with business office functions. This role is dynamic and will perform a wide variety of support duties for several facility programs. Concierge Requirements
  • College degree required, Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in the admissions process preferred.
  • Previous work experience with social services programs preferred.
  • Ability to present professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
  • Previous experience in the long-term care industry required.
