Join our team and let's continue making chocolate lovers happy!A day in the life---As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of a team that processes PO and non-PO invoices for payment for all Russell Stover business units including Corporate, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and for our Lindt & Sprungli North America group. You will effectively manage high volume and high attention to detail work that is sometimes repetitive. You will also build strong partnerships with internal and external customers, work through problems independently, and have an eye for accuracy.What you will be doing--- Managing and processing purchase order and non-purchase order invoices Ensuring the accurate account coding, authorization, and timely payment of all AP related expenses Following all company established guidelines and policies Supporting the relationship between Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Operations; responding to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs Participating in the documentation of processes and procedures within the departmentDo you have what it takes?(Basic Qualifications) High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years AP experience, including generally accepted accounting principles Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with vendors, internal operations, and management Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Ability to work in the office 3 days each week, 2 days remoteDo you stand above the rest?(Preferred Qualifications) Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years accounting software experience; SAP and OnBase experienceAt Russell Stover Chocolates, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.
