We value quality over quantity and provide you with the time and support to do your best for patients and their families. **Job Summary:*The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor will oversee all clinical aspects of Pediatric Services and lead the frontline clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care. The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for creating an environment of patient-focused care, defining standards for quality patient care, managing and developing work-based teams for assigned shifts, training new staff, and providing leadership to our clinical team.*Haven Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package including:** Competitive compensation* Robust benefits package including PTO* 401k with company match* Company cell phone or stipend* Flexible schedules*Duties and Responsibilities:** Ensure continual delivery of high-quality clinical care.* Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our quality of care.* Recruit, select, retain, and guide our clinical staff.* Ensure that clinical staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards.* Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment.* Mentor the field clinicians.* Provide supervisory visits as needed and per regulatory requirements.*Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Current Missouri license as a Registered Nurse.* Must have 3 years of experience in nursing.
