This person will work closely with Operational Leaders and the Talent Acquisition Department to identify, attract and hire for local market positions. Duties/Responsibilities - Experienced candidates will be sourcing candidates through cold calls, social media, job fairs or other recruitment methods
- Manage the full, lifecycle recruitment process for all candidates
- Build positive relationships with all candidates and acting as the point of contact
- Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants, recognizing the opportunity to touch lives regardless of a match with an open position
- Build positive relationships built on trust with all stakeholders
- Using your recruitment expertise, provide recommendations and best practices to hiring leaders
- Qualify applicants ensuring that selection decisions are made fairly and objectively
- Develop and track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels, from time to time, to meet the needs of the business Requirements
- Must have 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least two years recruiting in-house
- Experience sourcing candidates through cold calls, social media, job fairs or other recruitment methods
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems, iCIMS preferred
- Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various locations
- Must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting statistical data
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Experience with Windows based software including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
