This Technician will travel within a radius of 25 to 100+ miles daily, depending on the area and specific route, and is required to have a valid driver's license. This resource will be provided with a company vehicle and tools necessary to complete work.Duties and **

• Proficient in AC / DC and backup power concepts
• Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
• Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily
• Demonstrate prompt completion of projects and tasks Skills and *
  • Minimum 1+ years of technical support experience
  • A+ certification preferred - or must be obtained within first three months of employment
  • Familiar with various operating systems (e.g., Windows OS, OSX, Linux / Unix)
  • Insight to POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, APs, Servers, Network switch equipment
  • Experience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors
  • Exceptional customer service -and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills
  • Will occasionally work at heights of 20 to 25, lift equipment training provided
  • Strong communication skills
