We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Responsibilities Evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs clinical coordinator and medical provider of changes or needs.
