2ND SHIFT SHIPPING SECURITY COORDINATOR (THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY)Brief Description:JBS in Worthington, MN is hiring for an overnight shipping security coordinator who is a self- motivated & able to work under minimal supervision at our guard shack. This position is responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter facility, and signing trucks in & out; other duties as assigned. Works both indoor & outdoor in all weather conditions.HOURS:2nd Shift: 6:00 p.m.
6:00 a.m.
(12 Hours Shift- 3 Days a Week) Thursday, Friday & Saturday.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Work in the Order Management System/Shop FloorWork with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/TrafficWork with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations Enter Available and Outbound times into Shop Floor Maintain Outbound LogsWeigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucksAssist with SecurityPre-screening anyone entering facility for Covid-19 symptomsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent computer skills requiredAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskExcellent People SkillsGreat work ethicAbility to work in a high stress environment Great Communication skills
