May - September8 hour shifts available12 hour shifts available Job Summary:Under general supervision sets up, adjusts, and operates various equipment associated with our Stick Up area and packs the product for shipment or storage. Responsibilities:Responsible for operating both sick Up #1 & Stick Up#2 including set-up, operation, and troubleshooting. Under limited supervision match mounts, plates, and dies with orders. Operate the machine to produce high quality hot stamped, die cut, and embossed materials as instructed. Assemble and packs the product into cartons to be shipped to customers in a timely manner.Efficiently run all additional machines within the department. Follow manufacturing order to produce quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Follow all quality, lean, safety and rate expectations. May work and train temporary associates and give direction to the temporary associates during the heavy calendar production months. Operator will be cross trained in various departments throughout the facility as needed. Reach, bend, twist, grasp, stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motion tasks correctly. Lift up to 40 pounds frequently; team lift at higher weights. --- Excellent record of ability to work safely. Must be available to work rotating shifts as scheduled including weekend and overtime as required.Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.Job Skills:Reading, writing, and math skills at the high school graduate or GED level.1-year production experience in manufacturing setting.Detail oriented.Basic computer skills.
