2ND SHIFT-PRODUCTION TRAINER --HOURS:--2nd Shift flexible as needed or requiredSaturdays as needed or required--DUTIES--Training and motivation of all new employeesConducting of Work Hardening programsConducting off-line knife sharpening classes on both straight and whizard knivesCompleting various reports in a timely mannerMay assist Occupational Health and the hospital for translationTeach annual retraining classesAssist in employee retentionOther duties as assigned Hours worked as assigned--QUALIFICATIONS--Good Safety record requiredKnowledge and technical skills in a variety of boning floor jobsMust be employee of JBS for at least 1 yearKnowledge of the boning lines for at least 1 year preferred but not requiredSuperior knife sharpening skills (all types)-must achieve/maintain knives at or above 8.1 on the Anglo knife sharpness testerExcellent interpersonal & communication skills written and oralPatient attitude with inexperienced employeesExcellent people skillsMust have a valid driver license Ability to follow instructions & plan time efficientlyAbility to conduct training classes as assignedBilingual preferred but not requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
