Skills

-1+ years as an Administrative Assistant

-Ability to transfer knowledge and information effectively through different management levels

-Strong organization skills and attention to detail preferred

-Experience with Microsoft Office programs

-Strong interpersonal relationship building skills

-Effective communication skills over the phone and in person



Duties

-Manage front office area and lobby:

-Answer/Redirect incoming calls to appropriate personnel

-Order office supplies

-Manage copier, fax, and printer

-Send/receive faxes

-Be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients

-Support managers and other office personnel by organizing calendars, coordinating details for important business meetings, and distributing mail

-Keep all documents organized for easy access upon request
