I am currently working with growing and well-known family owned Dairy Manufacture in Wisconsin that's a passion for bringing high-quality dairy products from the state of Wisconsin has stretched over 6 generations. They are currently seeking a District Manager for their Minnesota region. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with a business development background to lead and coach the Sales Reps, Route Delivery Drivers, Route Relief Specialists and Merchandisers.They have an excellent group of employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, assessing needs, and helping to achieve company goals.Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in business development or route sales within the food and beverage industry.
• Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
• strong planning and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• Class B CDL is required.This is a full-time position which offers full benefits, company car for company uses, laptop and company phone. Compensation ranges from $75,000 - $80,000 on a base salary.This company is going to be selective, but they are urgently looking to fill this role.
