for the better. Better Food. Better Future.Job OverviewResponsible for the development, execution, and measurement of internal associate communications driving alignment, engagement, and UNFI pride. Develops trusted cross-functional relationships guiding senior leaders and business partners with best practices that enable effective communications. Maintains a deep understanding of associate audiences and their needs to ensure impactful localization of communications.Job Responsibilities:Partners with all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners to develop and implement multichannel communications strategies for both non-desk and desk-based associates. Identify opportunities to segment audiences and localize key messages to enhance effectiveness.Positions UNFI s narrative across the enterprise within various communications.Develops innovative, strategic, and creative solutions to communication challenges to ensure key messages are effectively shared with all audiences.Executes strategic writing and content creation for all levels of leadership for all communication mediums.Manages a communications content calendar that aligns to the corporate communications strategy.Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote content on UNFI s associate app and offer continuous support to leadership on best practices.Job Requirements/Education/ Certifications/or Equivalent combination of education training and experience: Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field required 5-7 years
