This position is perfect for someone passionate about guiding and developing a team, not just managing one. You will inspire a dedicated sales team, focusing on outside direct sales within a specified geographic area. Job ResponsibilitiesFoster a team environment that values collaboration and continuous development to achieve and surpass targets in subscriber growth, revenue, retention, and cost per gross add (CPGA). - Lead by example to meet or surpass the sales goals for your region.
- Spearhead operational initiatives with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to encourage open communication and sharing of best practices.
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of success and ongoing professional growth.
- Provide continuous coaching and support, both in the office and in the field, to help team members meet their personal and professional goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the business's evolving needs.Qualifications:Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in new customer acquisition sales within a commissioned environment (Required).
- Leadership or team management experience (Preferred).
