In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the development, management, execution, and measurement of digital shelf initiatives that lead to increased online sales across channels.-- ----Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Own digital shelf content development strategy to drive visibility and conversion of DFA Dairy Brands product across retailers and channels. Lead relationship with eComm content agency to execute the strategy.Partner cross functionally with Master Data Management team to ensure digital shelf content is accurately reflected in Production Information Management (PIM) solution.Work with the Brand Management teams to ensure digital shelf content is aligned to key brand messaging priorities and guardrails.Establish digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards and manage tools needed to report on those KPIs, and translate digital shelf performance insights into recommended actions to drive increased online sales.Engage with agency partners and vendor platforms to syndicate product content accurately and efficiently across retailer platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.Proactively identify new processes and procedures to ensure digital shelf considerations are part of commercialization process.Identify future digital shelf needs and investment through contributing to eComm annual and 3-Year planning.
