• Competitive Base Wages based on experience and skill
• Annual $1000 tool allowance paid in two installments, at six months and anniversary date
• Annual $100 Boot Allowance
• Mid Shift (11am-7:30pm & 12:00pm-8:30pm) Differential of +$2.50/hour
• Second Shift (clock in 3pm-12:00am) Differential of +$5.00/hour
• Weekend Shift Differential of % base pay per hour (a Technician making $30/hour in base wage would receive a $15/hour shift differential for working Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Mobile Technician Differential of +$5.00/hour
• Project and Repair work available
• Paid Time Off accrued starting day one
