We value the diverse talents and experiences our employees bring to Patterson and believe that they build a stronger and successful organization.The Treasury Associate will be the primary contact for all T&E card inquiries and responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a best-in-class corporate travel card service program by managing day to day corporate expense reporting applications. The position is also responsible for supporting, reporting and compliance with company policies for corporate payments including corporate card programs. The function works within SAP/Lawson and vendor systems, supporting business units and employees in initiating corporate disbursements.Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. To request a reasonable accommodation, notify Human Resources or the manager who oversees the position.Corporate T&E Visa Card, Purchase and Fleet Fuel Cards - Provide and process the applications for the Travel and Expense Card and the Fleet Fuel Card.
- Administer the Corporate Card Program in our bank and Concur
- On a monthly basis, audits corporate card spend and expense report transactions for policy compliance and fraud and discretely escalates non-compliance to management and fraud programPayment Processing
- Provides timely and daily processing of payment and EDI interfaces, when necessary
- Research past due payments, reconciliation issues and other payment related inquiries and escalate to management, if necessary
- Compiles spending reports and work with treasury to optimize cash flow
- Supports audit and compliance requirementsIn addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.
- Performs other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or other related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (pivot tables, standard formulas - vlookup, etc)Preferred Qualifications
