Assist with planning, coordination, and on-site execution for catered events, youth programs, and performances in the park. Serve as a liaison between the client and catering team during events.
• Provide accurate product and program information including suggesting up-sell products.Provide outstanding guest service to clients and guests both on the phone and while in the park.Maintain a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations.Work directly with clients on the booking of events and group visits.       Qualifications:
      • Experience in event planning and execution preferred but not required.Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
      • Ability to communicate via phone, email, and in person.Ability to remain patient, poised, and alert to cope with challenging/unique situations.
      • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or in a team environment as needed.
      • Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office products.
      • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
