*The hiring and orientation process will take place at our main office in Rush City, MN.

* This position is 40 hours per week but could be separated into a part-time positions also. This client is located in Isanti, MN This client is a pediatric male with a trach/vent.

Salary: $27.00 - $36.35 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and/or disabled patients.
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and repost changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors.
- Communicate with collaborating physicians' or specialists regarding patient care.

Required Skills:
- Educate patients about health maintenance and/or disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their family members
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
