Job Responsibilities - Establish and maintain high morale of the construction crews by attending job site meetings as needed and working alongside the crew
- Demonstrate mastery and safe use of equipment and materials and ensure all necessary inspections are completed
- Supervise and direct all work crew in a variety of tasks and assist with the training and development of all crew members
- Produce highly productive cycle times for labor, equipment and materials, and identify and evaluate job costs reduction strategies
- Enforce OSHA, MSHA, MPCA and DOT regulations for the site for all subcontractor crews and visitors
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers at all time and represent the company in a professional matter
- Responsible for all disciplinary actions per the employee handbook, recommend promotions and terminations of crew members to the superintendentThis job description is not intended to represent a complete, comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be required in this position.
