We, at Communities of Care, offer World Class Home Care with small community values. We're looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available around the state. New grads welcome!

- 3-year-old boy.
- Located in Blaine, MN
- Days Shifts (Week 1 only - Monday 7a - 7p, Sunday 7a - 7p, 7p - 7a)
- Trach - No Vent

Looking for one additional part time nurses to join a great team.

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
