The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within AI/ML, with a minimum of 1 year specifically within the automotive domain or R&D environment.Job Description:Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML initiatives within the automotive R&D domain, driving innovation and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Enhance and deploy various types of classical Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of classical ML and DL algorithms and their application in automotive contexts.
• Hands-on experience in processing diverse data types including text, image, and audio.
• Proficient in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering methods on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Execute at least one complex use case utilizing advanced techniques in the aforementioned areas.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or R&D sector.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in the automotive domain or R&D setup.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enhancing and deploying classical ML and DL models.
  • Strong grasp of classical ML and DL algorithms.
