Product Development Professional
Standish, Michigan

This role involves the steps typically performed by a fully functioning product engineer, from new product development to product integration. You will rely upon your solid background in durable product development in contributing to a vast product line and quick-pace launches. The ongoing challenge is to develop products that meet our brand standard and customer expectation. As with all our employees who have vested careers with Magliner, innovation will be the catalyst to your success.

To qualify, you should hold a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, and possess 5 to 7 years? experience that reflects an established and progressive skill set in new product development. This, of course, includes proven design, testing and consulted engineering abilities. You should also be able to demonstrate dynamic communication skills and exude a professional demeanor. An ability to work cooperatively as a team member is essential. Strong time-management skills will aid you in each and every new product launch schedule. Finally, knowledge of root cause analysis and a superior prowess in counter measures are necessary for success in this role.
