SUMMARY The 3rd Shift Truck Loader/Forklift Operator is the link between our production, fabrication, and delivery operation. The Truck loader creates the shipping routes, loads product, and routes trucks for delivery to customers. Title Truck Loader Classification Non-Exempt Reports to Transportation Supervisor Position Type and Expected Work Hours Full-time 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs. 7pm - 3:30am ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Load SAPS & Transfer Trucks
- Complete Truck Routing
- Truck Unloading
- Operate fork-lift and material moving equipment
- Use a computer to perform data entry
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - 1 year of related experience
- 3-6 months driving forklift; certification preferred
- Ability or willingness to drive manual tractor/trailers
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent
SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Knowledge of arithmetic
- Must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment including fork-lift and 4D.
- Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of ERP systems and truck routing software
- Able to operate a tractor trailer within the confines the facility
- Experience backing trailers is helpful
