The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of prepress and print production processes, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality print materials.*Job Type: *Full time - Regular*Shift: *2nd Shift (M-F 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)*Responsibilities:* Prepare print-ready files for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging. Review and correct digital proofs to ensure accuracy and adherence to client guidelines. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional results. Maintain a deep understanding of prepress and print production processes, including file formats, color management, and printing specifications. Troubleshoot printing errors and ensure that final products meet the highest standards of quality.*Required Skills:* 5 + years of experience in prepress, graphic design, or similar Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Quite Imposing, XMPie, and Fusion Pro is a plus*Benefits:* Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects Chance to make a significant impact on a growing company_*Pay Disclosure:*__The pay range for this position starts at $25/hr.; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
