And you can, too.This position can be based at our site in Minneapolis, MN or Sterling Heights, MI.As a Dynamics and Controls Engineer, you will: - Provide analysis in the areas of dynamics using physics based modeling and simulation.
- Create mathematical models including Matlab and Simulink.
- Resolve any design or production related manufacturing issues that arise unexpectedly in a timely manner.
- Interact with internal customers to meet Technical, Schedule, and Budget needs. Why You'll Want This Job:

- Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Dynamics and Controls and 2+ years relevant experience
- We may consider candidates with less experience for a more junior role or more experience for a more senior role
- Experience in design, analysis, simulation and development of physical system models
- Solid understanding of underlying principles of applied mathematics and vehicle dynamics
- Experience in analysis and simulation with Matlab / Simulink
- Excellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
