Your primary responsibility will be designing control systems for custom machinery, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities--Controls System Design:Create detailed control system designs using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electric, or AutoCAD.Develop electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics for custom machines.Coordinate designs with other engineering teams.Conceptual Thinking:Understand the appropriate level of detail required for effective designs.Think conceptually to address complex control system challenges.Collaboration:Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to develop assembly, process control, and quality workmanship procedures.Maintain effective communication with program managers and controls engineers to ensure project flow.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry concepts, practices, and procedures related to controls hardware design.Required Skills and Experience----Industry Experience:Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.Technical Proficiency:Ability to quickly adapt and make changes in a team environment.Proficient in sizing electrical systems.How to ApplyQualified candidates are invited to submit their resumes to kbarrymore judge.com.------ More...
