Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager in the Chicago area.This job will have the following responsibilities:
The ability to oversee multiple business units
Participates and direct Lean manufacturing practices (Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen)
Enforce and review KPI's to ensure the facility is achieving production goals
Work with the Quality department to review issues through scrap process and hold for inspection
Lead the daily Team Performance Center meetings with Operations team to review daily/weekly performance.Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years in an Operations Management role
High Speed Manufacturing in an industrial packaging environment is preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
