Purchasing Assistant - Caledonia Michigan

Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Caledonia to find someone to complete a 1-2 month project starting in January. The chosen candidate will be working in purchasing department. This a full time role paying up to %15 hourly.



In this role, you will be communicating with suppliers and vendors on a regular basis, via phone and email. You will reviewing their spend on the year, ensuring accuracy on spend amounts with each vendor, and then converting spend detail into reports to provide internally and to the vendor.



Requirements will include but are not limited to:



1. Experience working in a purchasing role.

2. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Computer skills- mainly Microsoft excel and power point.

4. Customer service orientated

5. Detailed oriented
