Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Duties:- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries- Assist in event planning and coordination- Conduct research and compile data for various projects- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationQualifications:- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionJob Type: ContractPay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):* Provide your email address?Experience:* Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)* Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
