This Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for design, coding and testing of new features for visitor management systems that enable visitors to self-register and print out ID badges from a lobby kiosk. The Ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical ability, ownership capabilities and be a<B>ble to work</B> <B>remotely with tight deadlines</B>. &nbsp;Most of the development will be done in <B>VB.Net and .net framework 4.0</B> and this Sr. Software Engineer is essential for forward momentum .<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Experience and/or Education for the Job of Sr. Software Engineer<br>&nbsp;<br>&bull; Expertise with <B>VB.Net</B>, .<B>Net framework 4.0</B> (3 to 4 years experience developing <B>VB.Net applications</B>)<br>&bull; Experience using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)<br>&bull; Experience with Visual Studio 2010 or 2012<br>&bull; Strong with developing multi-tier client-server applications<br>&bull; Skilled with developing user interface forms-based applications<br>&bull; Experience using <B>Source Control</B> systems, particularly <B>Microsoft Team Server</B><br>&bull; Database experience &nbsp;with SQL Server and Oracle &nbsp;and must be able to write S<B>QL language queries, triggers, stored procedures</B><br>&bull; Understanding of and experience with software &nbsp;development lifecycle (SDLC)<br>&bull; Ability to work productively and independently and <B>remotely from a home office</B><br>&bull; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent<br>&nbsp;<br>This Sr. Software Engineer job will not last long.
