The AV Support Engineer must have experience supporting a large enterprise environment consisting of video conference, teleconferencing technologies (Tandberg, and Polycom). Some more qualifications are listed below:<br>&nbsp;<br>Minimum Requirements: <br>Candidates should possess the following:<br><ul>

<li>2+ years of AV experience</li><li>Experience working with financial services clients in a global service model</li><li>Current Video Conferencing experience (Tandberg preferred)</li><li>Superior organizational and communication skills</li><li>Customer Service focused attitude</li><li>AV experience is a strong + - Must have interest in working in the AV space.</li><li>Ability to take ownership</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<br>&nbsp;<br><ul>

<li>AV support including presentation and video conferencing setup </li><li>AV troubleshooting of in-room equipment</li><li>Monitoring and resolution of AV support requests via Remedy/Service Now</li><li>Coordination with AV and PCS teams for event scheduling</li><li>Management of digital media content uploading/distribution</li><li>Management of firm-facing AV SharePoint to assist in self-service of AV rooms</li><li>Maintain open communication within AV team regarding upcoming meetings and events.</li></ul>
