We have a current opportunity for a IT Lead on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Boston. For further information about this position please apply. Full Time/ Direct Hire ONLY - No C2C or C2H On-site / Boston, MA - 5 days a week in office Requirements: * Extensive experience automating routine tasks and optimizing work flows using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python * Firm understanding of project management principles and methodologies to lead initiatives aimed at improving IT services * Experience developing and training to up skill Helpdesk team and educate end users * Experience implementing innovation solutions and improvements to IT services * Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other ticketing systems to manage work flows, documentation * Experience with cybersecurity tools and understanding best practices Responsibilities: * Elevate end user experience by identifying and implementing process enhancements * Manage daily operations, guiding Helpdesk engineers to ensure high quality support and communication * Lead documentation solutions to reduce downtime * Innovate employee work flows and technology use * Improve efficiency by bringing new technologies and work flows * Oversee and improve key on-boarding and off-boarding processes EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
